I've been noticing lately what makes me feel energized, and couldn't stop noticing how my eating habits can be different from my partner, for example, and all the people who I share a house with. No, not only because it is their habits but for sure it is what makes them feel good.
I've realized that I'm not really carnivorous. If something can slow me down is red meat. And sometimes can affect my mood, intestine or a good sleep during the night. While I live with people that declare love red meat, I feel like I better exist without it.
5 a Day is not the only reason, but because it feels good, I will dive into recipes and learn how to bring more greens to my plate daily. It's an act of love.

thin slices of onion or spring onions
red tomatoes
palm heart
fresh peas
lettuce
rocket
Salt + Black Pepper
